UEFA has devised to schedule this year 2019/2020 season champions league round-16 for completion.
Barcelona ended the first leg of the UEFA champions league against Napoli at a draw of 1-1 at Stadio San Paolo on the 25th of February.
According to Corriere dello sport, the Europe governing body has now given a resumption date for UEFA champions league. The stated that the competition is meant to resume by 8th August, but might be played on a closed door. This is due to the pandemic.
Quique setien's meeting Npaoli is among the matches to be played within that period. Juventus will face Lyon while the Spanish giant Real Madrid vs Manchester city will be on the 7th of August. This will decide who will be going into the quarter final.
The quarter final is scheduled to be played on the between 11 and 14 of August. While semifinals will be between 18 and 22 August. And final will be on the 29th August.
This means that 2020/2021 UEFA champions league will be moved from early September to mid October. The date will be communicated later.
